McLoud Softball Senior Night!!
Dear Parents/Guardians, late last evening, we were notified that a student at McLoud High School has a confirmed case of COVID-19. The district has worked in cooperation with local health officials to determine quarantine requirements. Mr. Jennings has personally notified those individuals who must self-quarantine. Fortunately, contact was very limited and requires quarantine for a very small number of students. Students will not be counted absent and will be served via our distance learning platform.
We continue to take precautions to keep students and staff safe and healthy. Great efforts are made by our staff to clean and sanitize all areas throughout the district. McLoud Public Schools wants to do our part to keep open lines of communication with the parents and community as we move through this together. We will do our best to inform you of new cases as they are confirmed. We greatly appreciate your continued support.
Please keep your child at home if they are experiencing COVID related symptoms such as but not limited to: Loss of smell or taste, Sore throat, Persistent cough,Running a fever, or Shortness of breath. We are monitoring COVID cases throughout the district/community on a daily basis and will notify everyone immediately in the event we move to district-wide Distance Learning.

Dear Parents/Guardians, This afternoon, we were notified that one student at the ECC and one at the Intermediate School have a confirmed case of COVID-19. The students will be required to complete the 10 day self-quarantine prior to returning to school. Mrs. Thomason and Mrs. Drew have completed contact tracing in their perspective buildings. If you receive a direct phone call from an administrator, your student will need to meet the quarantine guidelines discussed. If you receive an automated call from our system or a Remind message, then your student was in a classroom or area with the student, but there was no direct contact.
