Parents/Guardians: We will be doing contact tracing throughout the district in an effort to control the spread of Covid. If you receive a phone notification you will be given the building site as well as grade level if possible. This means your student was within 6 feet of the positive case or 3 feet if masks were worn. The exposure was for a cumulative time of 15 minutes or greater. The Oklahoma Department of Health currently recommends quarantine and monitoring of symptoms if you have been exposed to Covid. Please keep your student at home if they are running a fever or have had a sudden loss of smell and/or taste. If your student stays home please also remember to notify the office and provide medical documentation for attendance purposes.
If you have students in grades 8-11, please check out the scholarship opportunity that Oklahoma's Promise provides.

The Emergency Broadband Benefit Program is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that provides a temporary discount on monthly broadband bills for qualifying low-income households. Eligible households can receive:
· Up to a $50/month discount on your broadband service and associated equipment rentals
· Up to a $75/month discount if your household is on qualifying Tribal lands
· A one-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer (with a co-payment of more than $10 but less than $50)
Households can qualify for the temporary assistance in a number of ways, such as through the use of existing assistance programs like SNAP, Medicaid, Lifeline or if a child received reduced-price school meals programs in the last two school years. The Emergency Broadband Benefit is also available to households who are eligible for a broadband provider’s existing COVID relief program, to those who have received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year, and to those low-income households who suffered a significant loss in income during the pandemic due to job loss or furlough since February 29, 2020.
