
McLoud High School Supply Pick-Up
Wednesday, April 15th, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.


Dear Seniors,
We know this is not the way you imagined your senior year would end. We are going to do our very best to give you the graduation you deserve. We know it will not be your typical celebration but your accomplishments will not go unrecognized.


McLoud Elementary will have student school supply pick up on April 16th from 3:00 to 4:30pm. Please see the attached letter for details.


The ECC will hold a student school supply pick up day on Thursday, April 9, 2020 (THIS THURSDAY) from 3:00 - 4:30 PM at the ECC ONLY. The ELEMENTARY and INTERMEDIATE will hold separate school supply pick days. See the News section for more details!


This morning McLoud High School would like to give a SHOUT OUT to all the essential workers!!!!! Thank you for all you are doing! We appreciate you!

Update on McLoud Counselor t-shirt fundraiser. The company received the items for printing, but will only be printing items intermittently in an effort to align with the state requirements for health and safety of employees.

The McLoud Foundation Scholarship Application is due on Friday, April 3rd. Ms.Bump will be at the HSE office from 8 -10 am to collect and print transcripts needed for the scholarships. The application available on the school website.


Parents/Guardians and Students,
We will begin serving sack breakfast and lunch beginning tomorrow. We will use a drive through method on the south side of the ECC. Please remain in your vehicles. If walking, please grab and go. Breakfast 7:30-8:30 and lunch 11:30-12:30.

McLoud Family:
Pottawatomie County Officials are not allowing the school district to open storm shelters due to the health risk. Please make plans in the event of severe weather. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Stay safe!


I know many of you have questions regarding prom and graduation. These are issues we do not have answers to at this time. I promise we will be working on solutions and keep you all updated. Thank you for your patience as we navigate through unchartered challenges. - Mrs. H


This afternoon, the state Board of Education voted unanimously to enact a mandatory, statewide closure of all public schools through April 6th. As more decisions are made and further information is received we will update you.


Update:
As you are well aware, situations involving the coronavirus pandemic are developing rapidly. School superintendents will participate in a conference call tomorrow with State Superintendent Hofmeister. We will update you as soon as we have new information. Mr. Stanley
