Update for the OSSAA state wrestling tournament: THE WRESTLING STATE TOURNAMENT HAS BEEN ADJUSTED AS FOLLOWS: FRIDAY WEIGH IN AT 3:30 PM FOR BOYS; 4 PM FOR GIRLS WRESTLE-IN MATCHES WILL BEGIN AT 5:30 PM 1ST ROUND MATCHES WILL BEGIN AT 7 PM FOR ALL CLASSES SATURDAY WEIGH IN AT 8:30 AM FOR BOYS AND GIRLS 10:30 AM—1ST ROUND CONSOLATION MATCHES 12:30 PM—SEMI-FINALS 2:45 PM—CONSOLATION SEMI-FINALS 7:30 PM—MEDAL MATCHES ALL CLASSES

Update for playoff basketball: CLASS 2A-4A REGIONAL TOURNAMENTS—GAMES ORIGNALLY SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY WILL BE PLAYED IN ONE SESSION ON FRIDAY. LOCATIONS WILL REMAIN THE SAME. GAMES TIMES ARE 4 PM; 5:30 PM; 7 PM AND 8:30 PM. GAMES ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY WILL BE PLAYED ON SATURDAY—SAME LOCATIONS AND SCHEDULE. GAMES ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY WILL BE PLAYED ON MONDAY—LOCATIONS WILL REMAIN THE SAME. THERE WILL BE 2 SESSIONS ON MONDAY.

The Intermediate is so excited to celebrate Read Across America Week next week. We have spirit days and fun reading activities planned for our students. The spirit days are attached! We can’t wait to celebrate with our students.

Congratulations to four of our high school boys wrestlers for qualifying for the OSSAA state tournament. Kaiden Cue at 126 pounds, Caleb Hunter at 138 pounds, Hunter Lowe at 170 pounds and Zac Osborne at 220 pounds. The whole team represented McLoud High School very well! Go Redskins!

Congratulations  to Corinna Ropp on a fantastic performance at the Cimarron Valley Honor Band this weekend!

Redskins defeat Bethany 54-51 for the district title and will play the winner of John Marshall / Mannford on Thursday at 8:00 in the regional tournament at McLoud!! Great job guys!!

It is playoff basketball time. McLoud will host Bethany in the district basketball games on 2/18/2022 @ 6:30 and 8:00. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door. Our high school girls wrestling team competed in the OSSAA regional on Monday and Tuesday. All of the athletes and coach represented McLoud Schools really well. Congrats to Stacey Nash for placing third and qualifying for the OSSAA state wrestling tournament.
