
The awards ceremonies that were scheduled for tonight were cancelled due to flooding, high water and lack of presenters. However, we will have a recognition ceremony tonight during the regular scheduled times to recognize the accomplishments of our students. Students have already been given their awards during school today.

Due to flooding and high water the McLoud High School Athletics Ceremony and Academic Awards Ceremony has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience. Awards will be given to students throughout the day. Pictures will be posted to our App and website soon.

The 2nd Grade Music Performance and Awards will be Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 pm. 3rd and 4th Grade Awards Assembly will be Wednesday morning at 9:00 am. These dates and times remain the same as previously planned.


Due to rising waters and flooding the Jr. High Academic Awards Ceremony will be canceled. The awards will be sent home with the students. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please be safe today.

The 4th grade field trip to the Museum of Osteology is cancelled tomorrow, Tuesday, since the museum will remain closed due to anticipated flooding. It will not be rescheduled this year.

The Jr.High awards assembly will be Tuesday, May 21st from 1:00-2:00 pm. Also, the Jr. High perfect attendance field trip to Hey Day will be Wednesday, May 22nd.

Due to the threat of severe weather, McLoud Public Schools will be closed tomorrow. Monday, May 20th. We will have a half-day make-up on Friday, May 24th 8:00-12:30.

Due to the forecast of severe weather, ALL field trips for tomorrow, Monday, are being cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience, but student safety is our top priority.

McLoud Junior High and High School bands finished off the year with a great spring concert!

McLoud Redskins Unified Softball Team was the 🥈 Silver Medalist today in the final game in Stillwater. We are so proud of the effort from the players. We would like to thank the coaches who have worked alongside these players. Way To Go Redskins!


We won!! 6-0! McLoud Redskins Unified Softball Team is Headed to the championship game at 3:00 PM in Stillwater at the State Special Olympics Games - Go Redskins!!

I would like to welcome Dillon Endecott back to the Redskin family. Coach Endecott is a 2010 graduate of McLoud High School. Dillon will be the high school head baseball coach and help with football. Welcome Home, Dillon
