We are asking for your assistance with Free and Reduced Lunch Forms. Although meals are free to everyone this year due to COVID, the completed forms are necessary to determine our Title I federal funding for next year. Title I funds pay for our PK teachers and assistants as well our Reading Team and Reading Specialist. These positions are vital to the success of our students. Please log on to Wengage in the Student Records Portal to complete the form. You may also get a copy from your building office. Forms have a deadline of October 1. Thank you!

Heritage Hall's Covid policy requires face-coverings to be worn at all times while inside our facilities. While outside in the stadium, we would encourage all spectators to physically distance themselves in the stands and all unvaccinated spectators continue to wear a face-covering. Our number one priority is to keep students in school and on the field. Please help us give these student-athletes the chance at having a great year! ATTENTION: There will be NO JV game tomorrow. Meeker said they don’t have enough. We will only have 1 JH game. That will be 7th/8th combined. That game will start at 5:30. It’s at Meeker.
If you’re planning on attending the McLoud versus Harrah football game tonight, we have been asked to enter through the Northeast gate. There are parking lots north and east of the football stadium that we’ve been asked to use. Go Redskins!
The Intermediate book fair is in full swing. Students are able to come during certain times during the day, and we will have it open again for conferences on Thursday.
WHAT IS P-EBT?
■ Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT) is a program that
helps children who would have received free or reduced-price meals
at their schools if not for the COVID-19 pandemic. In Oklahoma, the
Department of Human Services (OKDHS) administers the program
through funding provided by a federal grant. Children who qualify
will receive a debit card preloaded with funds that can be used for
groceries.
These cards were mailed by OSDE this week. If you believe your student(s) should qualify, but you do not receive a card by next week, please notify your school site secretary or principal.
